Holy Nun: S fits a 28 cm (11 in) neck, M fits 36 cm (14.2 in), L fits 38 cm (15 in).
Holy Priest: same neck sizes as the Nun. The robe is a little longer.
Holy Pope: S fits a 25 cm (9.8 in) neck, M fits 30 cm (11.8 in), L fits 35 cm (13.8 in).
If your cat is between two sizes, pick the bigger one.

It's made for cats, dogs, puppies and kittens.
S: kittens and small cats, about 4.5 to 6.5 lb
M: most adult cats, about 7.5 to 10 lb
L: bigger cats, about 11 to 14 lb
Very large cats, like most Maine Coons, will be too big for size L.

Yes, as long as you're with her. It's made for photos and short wear, not for leaving on all day or overnight. Take it off as soon as she looks uncomfortable.
